Refund policy

FINAL SALE: We cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items, clearance items, digital downloads, or gift cards. These items are final sale. Please double check all sizing and descriptions before checking out to ensure you purchase the correct item.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: We have a 21-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. We offer a Store Credit issued to your account as your return.  If there is a difference in amount for the exchange, Store Credit will be issued to your account. We do not offer refunds of any kind, Store Credit only. 

RESTOCK/RETURN FEE: Additionally, there is a $7 return/restock fee for all returned or exchanged items which will cover the cost of shipping back to By Rachel Nevarez so you do not have to buy postage at the Post Office. The $7 will be automatically deducted from your total refund.  If you are requesting an exchange, $7 will be billed to you.

Effective 3/11/26, return fee will increase from $6 to $7.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CRITERIA: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Clothing must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, body odor, animal hair, and any other marks or stains.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS: To start a return or exchange, please contact me at rachel@byrachelnevarez.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

STORE CREDIT: Once we receive your return, it will be processed for store credit within 5-7 business days. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit is applied to your account.  It can be used at check out and does not have an expiration date.  You must be logged into your account to see your store credit at checkout.

Exchanges are processed as soon as the exchange item is received.

DAMAGES: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!  To expedite your request, please send photos of the damage.
