Shipping policy

All packages are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 

Domestic (within the US):

FREE DOMETIC GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $150 (2-8 business days)

Orders take 2-8 business days from shipment date to be delivered. Delivery times may vary as USPS does not guarantee delivery estimates. 

International Shipping: 

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Import Duties & Fees:

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The customer is responsible for paying any additional fees required for customs clearance.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

By Rachel Nevarez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” By Rachel Nevarez is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS directly with questions regarding shipment tracking. 

Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Shipping Protection/Filing a Claim: 

By Rachel Nevarez offers shipping protection at checkout.  If you purchased shipping protection your package is missing, lost, or stolen , you can submit a claim HERE.
